In collaboration with Organic Denmark, the Danish Agriculture & Food Council is proud to present the up-and-coming star chefs Lars Lundø and Frederik Rudkjøbing at the joint Danish stand at BioFach 2013.
Both chefs have worked at the restaurant Geranium in Copen- hagen, which is managed by the Danish winner of the World Cooking Contest Bocuse d’Or, Rasmus Kofoed. The two chefs are thus very familiar with the gastronomy that is currently setting the standards worldwide.
Today, Lars Lundø works at the restaurant PONY in Copenha- gen while Frederik Rudkjøbing works at Formel B, a restaurant that was awarded a Michelin star by the Michelin Guide.
The Danish Agriculture & Food Council regularly works with Denmark’s best chefs – both well-established chefs and up- and-coming talents. They challenge the organisation and its member companies to think innovatively and creatively. At BioFach, Lars Lundø and Frederik Rudkjøbing will create and present new exciting dishes using organic ingredients from the Danish exhibitors. The food will be served in the lounge of the joint Danish stand, which is the exclusive area for Dan- ish exhibitors and their business contacts.
